It is with great satisfaction that we announce the completion of the implementation of PortEye, a solution developed by ConsulData for integrated management of electronic security, monitoring, operational visibility and legal compliance, at S.Magalhães terminals, in the Port of Santos.
The project includes approximately 1,500 cameras, 2 petabytes of secure storage, Digifort Brasil VMS platform and Dell Technologies infrastructure, forming a high availability solution prepared to meet the operational requirements of the port sector and the regulations of the Federal Revenue, COANA and ISPS Code.
More than a technological modernization, PortEye significantly expands operational visibility, strengthens asset security, increases infrastructure resilience and raises the level of governance of security systems, positioning S.Magalhães among the most modern, prepared and safe terminals in the Port of Santos.
The implementation was carried out over almost three months by teams from ConsulData, S.Magalhães and our technological partners, and concluded with operational and management training, carried out by ConsulData Analyst, Ramiro Alba Alba Filho, training managers and teams to fully use the solution.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Information Technology, Property Security and Operations professionals, who actively participated in all stages of the project. We also highlight the support of Mr. Luiz Tavares (IT Manager), Theodoro Pinheiro (Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Coordinator), Andrei Ribeiro (Information Technology), Wagner Cardoso (Information Technology) and Jorge Ozores (Property Security Manager), whose collaboration was essential for the success of this implementation.
We congratulate S.Magalhães for the implementation, the results already seen demonstrate significant gains in operational visibility, traceability, electronic security management, governance, operational efficiency and compliance in real time, providing a platform prepared to monitor the continuous evolution of terminal operations.
There are around 30 years of partnership between ConsulData and S.Magalhães, for ConsulData it is a great satisfaction to deliver another strategic project for the Port of Santos, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, operational excellence and the safety of port operations.
