With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Vagner has a degree in Computer Network Technology and a postgraduate degree in Cyber Forensics. Throughout his career, he worked in large companies such as EuroChem, Yara Fertilizers and Galvani, leading infrastructure, information security, IT governance and digital transformation projects.
Recognized for his ability to align technology and business, he has solid experience in managing teams, implementing critical environments and driving initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and innovation. He specializes in conducting complex projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
At ConsulData, his mission will be to lead the expansion and consolidation of the company's operations in Espírito Santo, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, expanding the organization's regional presence and driving the delivery of high-value-added technological solutions for the infrastructure, telecommunications, data center, information technology, automation and electronic security markets.
